No. Classic advocacy tools distribute content that already exists. The real problem, though, is that the content often does not exist at all. WerkMomente starts one step earlier and turns real moments from the working day into personal expert posts – and brings the publishing platform with it.
Those tools are strong at distributing existing content. WerkMomente answers the question that comes before it: where does the content come from in the first place? From two sources – planned by an agency or social media manager, and spontaneous, from the employees themselves (trade fair, client meeting, event). Source and distribution in one tool.
Source one is the planned content: your agency or your in-house team produces posts and loads them into the editorial plan. Source two is spontaneous moments: colleagues upload straight from their working day. Both come together on the same Wall – the team selects, personalises and publishes.
Not from scratch. For every moment the AI supplies a draft, optimised for the format in question. Employees adapt the draft, add a personal detail and publish under their own name. “Blank page” becomes “quick edit”.
It depends on how much has been prepared. Four typical cases, each from practised to unhurried:
The lower figure applies to someone who has done this a few times, the upper one to a first attempt or to someone taking their time. Most of that time does not go into the tool, it goes into adapting the text – which is exactly the part that makes the post sound like the person rather than like a template.
Yes. On the in-house route we can supply the plan, the content and the platform – your team turns that into their posts. Or you use the platform only and fill it yourselves, with your marketing team or your agency. We work out the right scope depending on team size and needs.
Yes. Every post goes to the personal LinkedIn profile, in the person's own words. No brand template, no anonymous advertising account. That is precisely what creates reach and trust.
Yes. The editorial plan is visible centrally, posts are assigned to specific people, and on the Wall you can see what has already been published and by whom. Reminders for open posts go out with one click.
No. For agencies WerkMomente is a pure tool. You produce the content for your clients as before, load it in through the platform and bill it to your client. We supply the technology, you keep the content, the client and the margin.
Yes. You get a multi-brand cockpit: a separate Wall per client, a separate editorial plan, a separate AI configuration. An overview of all plans and users is included. White-label on request.
One-off content production becomes an ongoing retainer. You licence the platform per client space, supply the content and strengthen the client relationship – instead of starting from zero again once the project ends.
No. As an agency you make the content yourselves. All you need is the platform licence per space. The managed content packages are for in-house teams with no production capacity of their own.
Through the official LinkedIn API, not through browser automation. The app has been through LinkedIn's review process and is approved for posting on behalf of employees (with their consent). A secure OAuth connection, reviewed by LinkedIn.
Before sharing, each person briefly confirms that the photos contain nothing confidential – a simple confidentiality check up front. Control stays with the employee and with the company. WerkMomente is built and operated in Austria under EU data protection law (GDPR).
Yes, through the agency/admin login. One condition: the person concerned grants that permission in advance in their own settings. No consent, no posting in someone else's name.
The interface currently ships in German; this website is available in English. If an English interface is a requirement for your rollout, say so in your beta request – that is exactly the kind of input that decides what we build next.
The packages are being recalculated right now. In the meantime the beta runs with individual onboarding support. Team size, topics and content volume determine the final scope – tell us where you stand and we will put together the right offer.
We are onboarding the first teams into the beta programme. A short email with your address is enough and we will set you up as a user within minutes. Agencies can get admin access with multi-brand spaces straight away.
From the first steps through the Wall, the editorial plan and publishing with AI to admin settings, data protection and the limits of the beta. Everything that would not fit on this page. Currently available in German only.
